Appointment Scheduling:

  • All dental procedures must be scheduled in advance by contacting our office.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure timely service. If a patient arrives late, they may experience a waiting period as doctors attend to other patients. However, our team will ensure priority is given once the scheduled time is fixed.

Treatment Plan:

  • Before undergoing any dental procedure, you will receive a comprehensive treatment plan outlining the recommended procedures, associated costs, and any alternative treatment options.

  • You have the right to ask questions and seek clarification about your treatment plan before proceeding with any dental procedure.

Consent for Treatment:

  • By scheduling and attending your dental appointment, you provide consent for the recommended dental procedures outlined in your treatment plan.

  • If you have any concerns or reservations about a specific dental procedure, please discuss them with your dentist before proceeding.

  •  A consent form, available online or in person, will be provided for the patient or guardian to sign.

Photographic Documentation:

  • During the course of your treatment, intraoral and face profile photographs may be taken for record and identification purposes. These photographs are used to document your treatment progress, aid in diagnosis, and serve as a visual reference for future appointments.

  • Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us, and all photographic documentation is securely stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Payment Terms:

As per our payment policy, only the agreed-upon package charges will be applied without any additional fees. However, should any treatment beyond the scope of the package be required, the patient will be invoiced based on the respective clinic charges.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  •  Once a patient is enrolled in our program, they are committed to maintaining their membership, and withdrawal from the program is not permitted. However, they have the option to abstain from utilizing the services at their own discretion.

Patient Responsibilities:

  • As a patient, you are responsible for providing accurate medical history information, including any allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions that may affect your dental treatment.

  • You are also responsible for following post-procedure care instructions provided by your dentist and attending any follow-up appointments as recommended.

Treatment Outcomes:

  • While we strive to achieve optimal treatment outcomes for all patients, please understand that individual results may vary based on factors such as oral health status, compliance with post-procedure instructions, and underlying health conditions.
