Returns: If you are dissatisfied with the dental service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Refunds: Refunds for dental services are issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances surrounding your dissatisfaction. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 days of our approval and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Exceptions: Please note that certain dental services, such as consultation, or specialized procedures, may not be eligible for refunds due to their time-sensitive nature or the resources expended in providing the service. Additionally, refunds may not be available for services that have been partially completed or for which materials have been used.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
