Smileguard – Terms & Conditions
- Membership Validity: The SmileGuard membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
- Non-Refundable Fee: The membership fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Appointment Booking: All consultations, cleanings, and services must be booked in advance through SmileGuard or partner clinics.
- Service Usage: All services included in the plan must be used within the membership validity period and cannot be carried forward.
- Additional Treatments: Any treatments not included in the membership plan will be charged separately, but members may receive special discounts on those treatments.
